As a woman experiencing peri-menopause in my late thirties, and now full-blown menopause in my early fifties, it comes with many difficulties in keeping my whole (mind, body, and soul) balanced. Although I am not a doctor, I do have personal experiences to draw from. Menopause effects women physically, mentally and spiritually. As a spiritualist and practicing psychic medium, I have found that connecting with my own spirit has enabled spiritual healing and mid-life transformation.

The physical symptoms of menopause can be daunting. The changes that occur can be weight gain, headaches and hot flashes. The hot flashes can happen during the day, night or both. I personally experience the night sweats which, in turn, has a major impact on quality sleep. The emotional and intellectual changes may be brain fog, mood swings, and menopausal anger and other emotions that can be like riding a roller coaster.  When experiencing symptoms of menopause, some days we can feel anxious, depressed, scared, a feeling of going crazy, fear it’s never going to go away and a loss of faith and even your own spirit. The symptom I have that seems to dominate daily is crying over the smallest little thing and then feeling as though I’m going off the deep end. 

None of these symptoms of a very natural physical state and part of life mean we’re going crazy. In fact, they are a sign that our spirit is healthy. Our spirit is speaking to us and expressing that once this temporary menopausal experience is complete we are to share more, just as I am here with you, to do more by experiencing everything life has to offer and to be best you. We need to open our hearts and listen to the soothing whispers of our soul. Our spiritual healing lies within.  Menopause is an open invitation to transformation. 

Just as outside life experiences can have an effect on our mind, body and soul so do inner experiences such as menopause in woman. It is through change that transformation happens.  One of the things that happens in menopause, that doesn’t get nearly enough press, is that you change spiritually (if you are open to allowing). Not unlike the butterfly, menopause is a full transformation: body, mind, and spirit. 

I have found by turning to spiritual practices during menopause I’m able to relinquish thoughts in my mind that in turn trigger extreme emotions and respond to menopause from the spiritual healing that lies within. The practices/steps that I have taken may also help other women heal and transform their body, mind and soul. These practices/steps are:

Meditation: listening to your spiritual voice from a safe space and hearing what it has to say about this world and what it need and where you fit in. We all have a spiritual purpose.

Energetic view: looking at your menopausal experience through the lens of the chakras and meridians and understanding from a physiological point of view.

Personal view: spiritual healing is just listening to your story, tap into your deepest self, and then ask questions within you that enable to open and heal you.

Self-love: remembering that you are right where you are supposed be. You are beautiful and perfect just as you are. Love yourself and recognize who and what your spirit is and your inner truths.

Transformation view: Shifting your thoughts to a deeper level and meaning that sheds the true meaning of menopause which is change and through change comes transformation and spiritual healing. Spiritual healing is about recognizing your beautiful spirit and helping to set it free. Keep the faith and trust in you and your spirit.

Menopause, if we allow, potentially can steal our inner spiritual power but only if we allow it to. By becoming mindful that menopause is an open invitation to transform through the changes that transpire to or mind, body and soul during menopausal symptoms, we can spiritually heal. Remember that life is a series of universal, synchronistic events that allow our soul to evolve and grow. Menopause is one of those events in life that can transform women through spiritual healing of the body, mind and soul.

This book was written especially for youngsters, their teachers, and parents, with the goal of inspiring them to believe that nothing is impossible and that sometimes our greatest challenges become the impetus for our greatest success.

This incredible book tells us about a man named Alfonso Cruz Espinosa whose life was not an easy one but one supported by the rich cultural values of his Mexican ancestry. ‘Fonso was born into the loving arms of his parents in 1927, in El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora, La Reina de Los Cielos y Los Angeles – Los Angeles, California – where his parents had settled after immigrating from Mexico.

Following their own American dream, he and his family migrated from Los Angeles to the San Joaquin Valley of California. There they moved from labor camp to labor camp, following the crops and opportunities for work. Alfonso and his family faced the hardships many Depression-era workers encountered, multiplied by the fact that discrimination against non-white workers was blatant and widespread.

Faced with leaving school at an early age to help support his family, Alfonso found it more and more difficult to work alongside his father in the sulfur-laden agricultural fields of the “Great Valley.” Not only would he face a crisis that would mean the end to all his dreams, he would be in a battle for his very survival.

A tale lovingly told by Espinosa’s daughter, El Caracol is a beautiful testament to the strength and tenacity of the human spirit. A story of both tragedy and triumph, Alfonso’s story is that of an everyday hero, simply standing up to be heard in the world. Full of the rich details of a loving family in harsh times, the result is both as simple, and as complex, as the spiral shell which shares its name.

John Roethling is looking to raise funds, to allow him produce supporting videos and invest in a successful marketing strategy, reaching as many as possible high handicappers out there. He estimates that in United States alone there are more than ten million golfers who cannot break 90.

Roethling is a Golf Teacher certified by the Professional Golfers Association of Spain. He has been teaching and playing the game for almost thirty years with the last fifteen years being dedicated to supporting high handicap golfers play the best golf they can. He helped already more than one thousand men and women golfers personally to break 90, which is prove enough, that the information and instructions he is giving in his Ebook, are working.

The book is written in a language that is easy to understand, the author has not thrown tons of technical information at the reader. He gives scientifically proven facts, underlined with thirty years of own experience. While responding to skeptics who doubt whether one may better one s golf game through reading a book, John said that he explains clearly why it is not possible for a handicap 20+ golfer to make 2 or even 3 super golf shots in a row! “If they could do that, they would not have a high handicap and because they try something they can do only occasionally they stay where they are,” said Roethling.
